Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a key labelling various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
